  3. Im currently trying this right now and ive already completed a week IT WORKS!! My arm look much smaller and im only in my first week and im really happy becAuse im always struggling with my arms because i dont like how i look in certain clothes and i always wear clothes that will cover up my arm fat. After i complete another week i will come back and update.
